About the Space

  The main house at GOATLOCO has been fully renovated with luxury furnishings and finishes.   It is nestled among the trees on the tip of Goat Island which offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views.  The full kitchen, large bar area, and washer/dryer rounds out some of the  amenities at this location.     Sleeping arrangements include 4 large bedrooms.   Beds include King Master, King Guest, King Guest and 2 Double Beds in the kids room.  This home can accommodate up to 12 people.   

The boat house at GOATLOCO is uniquely built around the hull of an antique boat.  Inside this fully renovated home,  you will find finishes reminiscent of a well appointed boat.  From the wooden ceilings to the nautical themed interior, you will not be disappointed with this rental.   The beds include a King Master and a Bunk Bed kids room.    Full kitchen and washer/dryer are also included.
